The Assignments page is a crucial component of the application that enables agencies, organizations and schools to manage, track, and evaluate assignments.

The Assignments page in the admin portal is essential for managing and overseeing all assignments.
It features four tabs: Assignments Posting, Assignments List, Assignments Map, and Hours Reconciliation.
In the Assignments Posting tab, admins can create assignments by filling out a form with details such as school, status, dates, times, skills required, and contact information.
The Assignments List tab allows filtering and managing assignments, with options to delete, edit, cancel, and rate assignments.
In the Assignments Map tab, admins can view assignments on a map, filter by dates and status, and track live educator locations.
The Hours Reconciliation tab enables approval of educators' daily hours, ensuring accuracy in hours submitted. In here you will also be able to see whether an educator was deducted a fee for declining an assignment at the last minute.
