User Profiles

The User Profiles tab provides three options for managing user profiles:

Create User Profile (Default): EducatorsNow - Creating an User - Educator.mov

  • Choose the user’s profile type, which determines their role and required fields. (User Roles)
  • Create a detailed user profile by entering all or the “required” information.
  • The "current address information" section is required to calculate the user’s GPS location.
  • Enter Contact information.
  • Enter a “Comment” (optional)

Click "Create User" to complete the process.

Edit User Profile:

On this page, you can view a list of users with quick information such as: 

  • UserID
  • Status
  • Type
  • Name
  • Email

To edit a user, click on the pencil icon. This will open a panel opens on the right where you can update:

  • Legacy: This toggle will allow the educator to be assigned a legacy status which allows admins and agencies to assign custom rates to that educator. You can find that button near the profile photo of the educator.
  • General Information: User information, current address, and permanent address.
  • Additional Details: Personal contacts, About/Bio, Credential documents, Education & Work experience, Allowed schools, and Blocked dates.
  • Map Location: View the user’s location on a map.

Use the buttons at the end to:

  • Update and Save.
  • Request Revision. (Notifying the user that their profile needs attention)
  • Approve Application. (This is to approve the user’s profile after they’ve submitted the required information)

Create Member Users Profile (Quick):

Here, you can quickly create a user profile with essential information such as User Type, Role, Identification Number, Name, and Contact Information.

Note: Creating a user created this way requires completing all other required information before updating the user’s profile.
