Welcome to the Educators NOW! App! Once your profile is approved, you will have access to the full range of features designed to help you manage your assignments efficiently.
Here is a quick overview of the main tabs and features you can access:
Dashboard
- My Activity: View a quick summary of your current and upcoming assignments.
- My invoiced & paid hours: Keep track of the hours worked and your payments.
- My Long term assignment counter: Monitor your assignments "By Assignment" and "By School" for long-term tracking.
Profile
- Edit Personal Data: Update your personal information, including current and permanent address, skills, emergency contact, and social media profiles.
Credentials
- Edit Bio and Experience: Update your biography, years and levels of teaching experience, and upload/edit your credential documents.
Calendar
- Current Assignments - 2 weeks ahead: Search for upcoming assignments up to 2 weeks ahead.
- Past Assignments - 4 weeks behind: Review past assignments up to 4 weeks back.
- Block Dates: Use the calendar to block dates when you are unavailable for assignments.
Assignments
- Filter Open Assignments: Filter available assignments by All, Date, School, or Skill. By default, see assignments within a 5-mile radius of your location (admins can extend this range).
- View Assignments: View assignments as cards, lists, or on a map.
- Scheduled Assignments: View your scheduled assignments and manage your clock-in and clock-out times.
Chat
- Chat News: Receive general one-way communications from admins.
- Chat General: Ask questions and get support from the support team.
- Assignment Chats: Individual chats per assignment.
Settings
- Notification Preferences: Customize your notification settings. Enable or disable push notifications, SMS, and email notifications.

- Terms of Use: Review the app’s terms of use.
- Privacy Policy: Review the app’s privacy policy.
- Help & Support: Access help and support resources.
