The Chat Tab consists of three main sections:

Chat News

Chat News is a one-way communication channel where administrators can send important updates, announcements, and general information to all educators.

  • Receive Updates: Get real-time notifications of new messages.
  • Read Announcements: Stay informed about the latest news and updates from the admin team.
  • No Reply Function: This chat is strictly for receiving information, so replies are not possible.

Chat General

Chat General is a two-way communication channel where you can ask questions and get support from the support team.

  • Ask Questions: Post your queries related to app usage, assignments, profile, and more.
  • Get Support: Receive responses and assistance from the support team.
  • Conversation History: View past interactions and responses for reference.

Assignment Chats

Assignment Chats are individual chat threads created for each assignment. These chats allow you to communicate directly with relevant parties about specific assignments.

  • Assignment-Specific Communication: Discuss details, ask questions, and share updates related to a particular assignment.
  • Direct Contact: Communicate with administrators or other educators involved in the assignment.
  • History and Records: Keep a record of all communications related to each assignment.

Tips for Effective Use of the Chat Tab

  • Enable Notifications: Ensure that push notifications are enabled in the Settings tab so you don’t miss important messages.
  • Check Regularly: Regularly check each chat section to stay updated with the latest information and communications.
